Olinger Architects’ design of Oriole Landing, a multi family development in Lincoln Massachusetts, gives the impression of a rural town with the comfort and appeal of contemporary apartment living.

The buildings respond to the natural topography and solar orientation by organizing the buildings in a south facing arch, so that natural light can be maximized throughout the year. Oriole Landing’s 6 Acre site has also been carefully designed to provide shared gathering spaces for engagement and to enjoy the semirural landscape that Lincoln is famous for.
