Rome Fellowship

Olinger Architects believes that experiencing architecture in person is instrumental to an Architect’s education.

The Covid-19 pandemic severely restricted the travel opportunities for architectural students, so as a corrective Olinger Architects supports a (1) week travel stipend for travel to Rome, Italy for a self guided tour of the city.

Co-Op / Internships

We welcome all aspiring architects to apply to our practice. Our firm participates in many local university Co-Op programs, and take great pride in supporting architectural education. Those with a working knowledge of Revit are strongly preferred.

Design Team Members

We’re currently hiring designers with a minimum of 1 to 3 years of professional experience to join our Cambridge office.

Design Team Members work on all phases of design, from conceptual design to construction administration. This role is responsible for significant aspects, daily design, and/or technical research of projects and must be Revit capable.

A five-year bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Architecture and advanced knowledge of drafting and 3-D rendering software (Rhino, AutoCAD, Revit) are required.

Job Captains

We’re searching for experienced Architectural Designers with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience to join our Cambridge office.

Job captains are responsible for coordination of project team members and consultants throughout all phases of design, from conceptual design through construction administration. This role will assist leadership in directing and managing the project team, mentoring staff, representing the firm to the client, and participating in presentations and meetings. Strong BIM experience is required to oversee the planning and execution of project documents.

A five-year bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Architecture and advanced knowledge of BIM Modeling and workflow are required. Must have prior construction document experience. A licensed/registered architect is strongly preferred.

Associate Track Architect

We are currently seeking licensed architects with a minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience to join our office.

Associate track architects serve as project leaders and are responsible for the technical development and workflow management of a project. Associates also participate in the business development of the firm, and assist with project proposals and interviews, as well as staffing and hiring reviews.

A five-year bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Architecture and advanced knowledge of BIM Modeling and workflow are required. Must be a licensed architect in the United States.
