Olinger Architects is pleased to announce that Plimsoll Development has been granted planning approval for the redevelopment of 45 High Street in Reading, Massachusetts.
45 High Street is a Mixed-use Multi-Family project located directly across the street from the Reading, MA MBTA Commuter Rail Station. The new project will feature 29 units, 27% of which will be set aside for Reading’s affordable housing lottery. The project will also feature 3,200 sf of premium ground floor retail space, with a newly constructed corner plaza.
45 High Street is located in Reading’s 40R Downtown Smart Growth District, which encourages environmentally sustainable transit-oriented development.
