24 Gould Street is a zero-lot-line redevelopment of the historical Nu-Ace Picture Corner factory site. The new 65,000 SF mixed-use development consists of ground floor retail, ground level historic exhibition space, second floor community event room overlooking a large landscaped interior courtyard, and (55) residential apartments, 25% of which will be inclusionary housing units.
